What is there to know?
- On some days, a fee for access to Venice is required . This will be booked in advance for customers, who will have to pay the fee of €10.00 to the tour leader directly on the bus.

- Comfortable shoes are recommended. The tour is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.
- Appropriate clothing is required to enter religious buildings.

- Tuesdays and Thursdays from May 12th to September 29th, departure times next to each town: Maderno 07:25, Gardone 07:35, Salò 07:40, Desenzano 08:20, Sirmione Penisola 08:25, Peschiera 09:10.
- Monday and Friday from May 1st to October 16th, from April 3rd to April 24th only on Fridays, departure time next to each town: Limone 07:00.
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from May 1st to October 16th; from April 3rd to April 30th, only on Tuesdays. Departure times next to each town: Riva del Garda 7:30 AM, Torbole 7:45 AM, Malcesine 8:00 AM, Torri 8:25 AM, Garda 8:40 AM, Bardolino 8:50 AM, Lazise 9:00 AM.
N.B. The times and days of operation may vary throughout the year.
Meeting point
The pick-up location must be selected at the time of booking and finalized before check-out by selecting the hotel from the list of available pick-up locations. Customers must arrive at the location 5-10 minutes before departure. If customers are not found at the departure point, they will be contacted using the number provided during booking. In any case, the bus will not wait more than 5 minutes after the meeting time.
Cancellation policies
- Cancellation is possible 24 hours before departure.
- 100% penalty for cancellations within 24 hours of service or no shows.
- Partial refunds are not available.
- In case of inclement weather, the excursion will proceed as scheduled. In the event of force majeure, if the service must be cancelled, we will contact the customer directly at the number provided during booking.
