"Perlage d'Autore" is much more than a simple tasting; it's a fascinating journey born from our passion for bubbles and our desire to produce sparkling wines that best express our terroir. The tasting will lead you to discover the two main methods for producing sparkling wines: the Classic Method and the Charmat Method. During the guided tour of our winery, you'll explore every stage of the production process, learning the fundamental differences between these two fascinating winemaking approaches.
Afterwards, you can taste two Classic Method wines and one Charmat Method wine, carefully selected and paired with a delicious platter of local cured meats and cheeses. Every sip will offer you

Welcome to Corte Fornello! Your experience begins with a warm welcome at our estate. This will be followed by a 40-minute guided tour, during which you'll discover the secrets of our winemaking. Finally, enjoy an 80-minute tasting of our finest wines, paired with local delicacies. A moment of flavor and relaxation immersed in tradition!
